What to expect

This isn’t a polished fitness competition — it’s a small window into what the job feels like when it gets real, especially during the 911 Honor Challenge. You’ll show up, get your task, and move. No guarantees, no routine. Just work that needs doing.  

  

But that doesn’t mean you can’t be ready.  

  

The movements are built around what we do on shift: hauling gear, swinging tools, carrying hose, climbing, dragging, grinding through whatever’s in the way. We’ll walk you through those movements, and we’ve got a fitness training plan if you want to come in ready.  

  

This is a team event training experience. Every task has a set workload — but how you split it is up to you. 50/50, 80/20, one person takes the lead while the other catches their breath — we don’t care. Just get it done. That’s the job.  

  

Because this isn’t about being the best. It’s about being capable — and being there for your crew when it counts.

Of course you’re gonna run. Everybody runs. This isn’t a bodybuilding contest — especially when you're participating in the 911 Honor Challenge. You should be able to move your ass when the job calls for it, whether that’s during fitness training or team event training. End of story.

We’re not gonna say much about this one. It’s not for show. Not for reps or time or Instagram. This is about the 911 Honor Challenge — a glimpse into what happens when the call’s real and someone’s life depends on it. It’ll be dark. Awkward. Uncomfortable. You’ll have to be strong as hell and push through when your body’s screaming to quit. Your head’s gotta be sharp. Your team’s gotta have your back. This isn’t just fitness training; this is the job and it requires serious team event training.
